The All Signatures tab displays all available signatures and folders. Signatures are applied and evaluated in the order they appear in the list, also known as the processing order.
For users with Editor permissions, only the signatures and folders that an Admin has allowed access to will appear in the list. For more information on roles and permissions, see User Management.

Signature Search: Allows you to search for any existing signatures or folders. |
Signature tabs |
The All Signatures tab: View and access signatures and folders. The Security tab: Restrict access to certain users. This can only be done by Admins. For more information, see User Management. The Re-order tab: Change the order of the signatures. This affects the order in which they are evaluated. |
Signature cards |
The signature card displays the individual details of each signature.
The thumbnail preview displays your signature design. Select the thumbnail to bring up a larger preview which includes action buttons.
Senders displays any applied rules for senders, such as internal/external, included, or excluded.
Configuration displays the following: If the signature is Enabled or Not Applied. If Enabled, the Configuration displays whether it is for Server-Side and/or Client-Side, and whether it is for Microsoft 365 or Google. Any date/time specifications. Any applied rules for recipients, such as internal/external, included, or excluded. Whether Advanced Rules (server-side only) have been applied. |
Action buttons |
Action buttons appear on each signature card and affect only the corresponding signature.
Select Move to move the signature to a folder. Select Export to export the signature. Select Duplicate to create a copy of the signature. Select Delete to delete the signature. Select EDIT DESIGN to open the signature in the Signature Designer. Select MANAGE to manage the rules for the signature, such as targeting specific senders and recipients.
For folders: Select Delete to delete the folder. Select OPEN to open the folder. |
Create and Import options |
Select CREATE SIGNATURE to create a new signature.
Select IMPORT SIGNATURE to import a signature template.
Select CREATE FOLDER to add and open a new folder. Folders can store up to 100 signatures. NOTE: Creating folders is only available to users on Standard or Pro plans. For more information on features offered in different plans, see Exclaimer Pricing Plans. |
Save and cancel |
Select SAVE CHANGES to save your changes.
Select CANCEL CHANGES to revert any changes made. |
