The All Signatures tab displays all signatures and folders you have permission to edit (for more information on permissions, please see the Difference between Editors and Admin?) Each signature is displayed as an individual signature card with a preview of the signature and a summary of the rule used to evaluate if the signature is applied.
You can, at a glance, also view the processing sequence (top to bottom) of all existing signatures and folders.

Signature Search: Allows you to search for any existing signatures or folders to which you have permission to edit. |

Signature card: Displays the folder name, signature tile, details of any signature rules applied for senders, recipients and the type of configuration selected. |

Signature/Folder actions: Includes different actions you can do to a selected signature or folder, such as Moving signatures from one folder to another, Exporting signatures, Duplicating signatures and Deleting signatures. |

EDIT DESIGN: Opens the selected signature in the Signature Designer view - to enable you to edit the selected signature design. You may need to edit the signature for a number of reasons, such as to update the company logo or add a new banner and so on. |

CREATE SIGNATURE: Opens the Signature Designer to help you design a new signature. Please note you can only create a signature if you have the appropriate permissions. Once you have created a signature, you can start designing it by dragging and dropping the various signature elements available and defining their properties to suit your organization's needs. TIP! If you want to create a new signature based on any existing signature design, then you can duplicate the existing signature design and edit it as per your requirements. |

IMPORT SIGNATURE: Allows you to import the signature template into Exclaimer Cloud. |

CREATE FOLDER: Allows you to create a new folder to help you organize signatures. If required, you can also restrict access to specific users to edit the signatures. |
