Signatures within Folder

Description

All your folders and signatures are displayed under the All Signatures tab in the sequence order of how they will be processed, along with details of any signature rules applied.  
 
The following screenshot shows the folders within the All Signatures tab: 


How to access it?

To open an existing folder:

  1. From the left-hand pane, click Signatures, then from the right-hand pane, select the All Signatures tab. 

  2. Click Open against the required folder you want to open.
     

Working within the folder

Once you click Open, the selected folder is displayed within the Signatures tab:

The table below describes the different options displayed on this screen:   

Click to edit the signature name and folder description. 
Signature card: Displays the folder name, signature tile, details of any signature rules applied for senders, recipients, date/time when the signature will be used and the type of configuration selected.
Signature/Folder actions: Includes different actions you can do to a selected signature or folder, such as Moving signatures from one folder to another, Exporting signatures, Duplicating signatures and Deleting signatures.

EDIT DESIGN: Opens the selected signature in the Signature Designer view - to enable you to edit the selected signature design.

You may need to edit the signature for a number of reasons, such as to update the company logo or add a new banner and so on.

MANAGE: Allows you to review and update the rules applied for the selected signature to target specific senders and recipients. 
CREATE SIGNATURE: Opens the Signature Designer to help you design a new signature.

Once you have created a signature, you can start designing it by dragging and dropping the various signature elements available and defining their properties to suit your organization's needs.


TIP! If you want to create a new signature based on any existing design, you can duplicate the existing design and edit it as per your requirements.
 

IMPORT SIGNATURE: Allows you to import the signature template into Exclaimer Cloud.
