How to purchase Exclaimer trial subscription through Azure Marketplace

To purchase the Exclaimer trial subscription through Azure Marketplace:

1. Launch the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and select Get it Now.

2. Enter your Azure account email and select Sign in. If prompted, accept the permissions request to allow Exclaimer access.

3. From the Plan drop-down list, select the pricing plan you wish to purchase. For information on what Exclaimer offers on different plans, see Exclaimer Pricing Plans.
   
   NOTE: Trial subscriptions are subscribed to the Pro plan. If you wish to select a different plan when purchasing, communicate this change with your Exclaimer account manager, and see the What to expect when purchasing a Standard or Starter plan section of this article.
4. Select Subscribe.
   
   This opens the Subscribe to Exclaimer page.

5. Under Project details, select the subscription name from the Subscription dropdown. 
   
   
6. From the Resource group dropdown, select the resource group.
   
   
7. Under SaaS details, enter a name in the Name field. We recommend you enter Exclaimer. 
   
   
8. Select Change plan if you wish to change your pricing plan. For more information, see Exclaimer Pricing Plans.
   
   
9. In Number of users, enter the quantity of mailboxes you wish to set up. 
   NOTE: A minimum of 10 users are required.
   The Subtotal gives you the total cost of purchasing Exclaimer.
   
   
10. In Recurring billing,
    - Select On to automatically renew the subscription every year.
    - Select Off to have a one year subscription. At the end of the year, a reminder will be sent, prompting that the renewal is due and asking if you wish to continue.

11. Select Review + subscribe to continue.

12. Review your information, then select Subscribe to purchase the Exclaimer subscription.
    
    The Subscription progress screen is displayed.
    
    
13. Select Configure account now to configure the Exclaimer account.

14. Enter your account details for Exclaimer to execute the purchase order, then select NEXT. This opens the subscription details page.

15. From the Subscription request type drop-down list, select CHANGE OF CHANNEL - Request to move an existing subscription over to your new provider.
    
    WARNING! Do not select the IMPORT or TRANSFER options.

16. In Admin email address, enter the subscription Owner's email address. For more information, see How to find your subscription Owner.
    
    
17. From the Where did you hear about us drop-down list, select the appropriate option.
    
    
18. In Migration Subscription ID, enter the subscription ID.
    For more information, see How to locate your subscription ID in the Exclaimer Portal.
    
    
19. Select SUBSCRIBE.
    Exclaimer will begin processing the account. The status displays processing.

    You will receive an email notification when the processing is complete. The process can take up to 2 hours. When the process is complete, the status changes to Active, meaning you are now live on the Exclaimer system using the Azure Marketplace.

An Exclaimer trial subscription trials Exclaimer's Pro plan experience. If you change your plan to Standard or Starter during purchasing, you will no longer have access to Pro plan features. The following tables outline what changes you will see to your subscription feature access if you change your trial plan to a Standard or Starter plan.
