Description
This option allows an organization to synchronize the user photos from Azure AD (Microsoft 365) to Exclaimer. This is useful if the organization wants to use the same user photos in Exclaimer and Microsoft applications, such as Outlook or Teams.

Synchronizing Azure AD User Photos
Azure AD user photos are synchronized automatically when the feature is enabled and will continue to synchronize once every four hours. If you purchased your subscription before September 2023, then the Admin will need to re-authorize the Azure sync. For more information, see how to synchronize Azure AD attributes.
Photos uploaded manually will be given priority over those synced from Azure AD.
Exclaimer will synchronize the photo at the original size it was uploaded, up to a maximum size of 648x648. To apply your own size and other styling, see Working with the User Photo signature element.
Viewing User Photos
The current user photo for each user can be viewed within the User Photos section.
