The Facebook Social Feed feature allows you to connect a Facebook account and page to Exclaimer. Using the Facebook Feed element, Exclaimer pulls the latest three posts from a connected Facebook page and displays them in your signature.

How to access it
To access the Facebook Social Feed option:
- Log into your Exclaimer account and launch your subscription.
- From the header bar, select the cogwheel to open the Settings menu, then select Integrations.
The Settings menu is found under cogwheel icon.
Connecting with your Facebook account
To configure global settings for your Facebook Social Feed:
- Select Connect with Facebook.
Select Connect with Facebook.
- Enter your Facebook credentials in the Facebook Login window and select Sign in. You may be asked to allow Exclaimer to access your account details.
WARNING! You must use a personal account. Business accounts cannot be connected. - Confirm that you wish to continue as your named account.
Select Continue as... to proceed on the selected account.
- Select EITHER:
Opt in to all current and future Pages: Allow Exclaimer to access all current and future Facebook pages on the linked account.
OR
Opt in to current Pages only: Allow Exclaimer to access only the pages you select. Select the pages you wish to allow access to.
Select your page(s) for Exclaimer to access.
- Select Continue to proceed to the permissions window.
- Select Save to accept the permissions.
Review the permissions request and select Save to proceed.
- In the success window, select Got it to proceed.
The window informs you that your account is connected.
This opens the Select page window, listing all pages you selected earlier.
- From the drop-down list, select a page to use on your social feed.

Your account is now connected.
NOTE: Synchronization is immediate. An automatic sync is performed once a week, Monday 9 AM regional time. If required, you can start a manual data synchronization.Once you have connected to your Facebook page, The Facebook Social Feed section displays the following data:
The Facbook Social Feed section once connected. This displays which account and page are connected, and the Remove and Change buttons.
Connected to Facebook account: This displays which Facebook account you are connected to.
Show posts from this Facebook page: This displays which Facebook page is selected to show posts within your signature.
To see the Facebook content from the selected page in your signature, open the Signature Designer and add a Facebook Feed element.
Removing your Facebook Account
NOTE: Only Owners and Admins can remove a Facebook account. For more information on permissions, see User Management.
To remove your Facebook account from your Exclaimer subscription:
- Select Remove Facebook Account.
Select Remove Facebook Account.
The Remove Facebook Account window is displayed.
- Select OK to remove the Facebook Social Feeds content from all your signatures.
Changing your Facebook Settings
To change your Facebook Settings:
- Select Change Facebook Settings.

- Reconnect using the pop-up prompt. To change accounts, select Log in to another account, or select Continue to change the connected page.
Choose whether to connect with a different account or proceed to change the page.
- Select Edit previous settings to remove or add any set pages within the selected Facebook account.
Select Edit previous settings to change your page.
- Select your new access permissions as required and select Continue.
Select your page(s) for Exclaimer to access.
- From the drop-down, select a page to use in your social feed.
- Select SAVE to connect the page, or select CANCEL to return to the Integrations screen without changing your page.
Next Steps: Once you have configured the global settings for your Facebook Social Feed, you need to add the Facebook feed element into your signature.
