Description
This option helps you to configure your Facebook social media feeds with Exclaimer. Exclaimer will pull the selected posts from your social media pages and display them on your signature.

How to access it
To access the Facebook Social Feed option:
- From the header bar, select the cogwheel icon to open the Settings menu, then select Integrations.
- In the right-hand pane, under Facebook Social Feed, are all the relevant options:
Connecting with your Facebook account
NOTE: Editors can establish connection to Facebook, connect to a different Facebook account, and change the Facebook page from where the posts are pulled. For more information on permissions, please see User Management.
To configure global settings for your Facebook Social Feed:
- Click Connect with Facebook.
A Facebook login window is displayed similar to this: - Enter the credentials to log in to your Facebook account.
- Confirm if you wish to continue as your named account.
The Select page window is displayed with the list of all pages you might have created or the pages your account has access to.
- As required, select a suitable option:
- Opt in to all current and future Pages: Allow Exclaimer to access all current and future Facebook pages within the selected Facebook account to display on your signature.
- Opt in to current Pages only: Allow Exclaimer to access only the current pages you select within the selected Facebook account to display on your signature.
- Click Continue to review the permissions:
- Click Got it! to confirm that you have connected to the Exclaimer Social Feeds app.
The Select page window is displayed listing all the social feed pages you selected earlier.
- From the drop-down list, select from which page you would like posts to be displayed in your signature.
- Click SAVE to save your selection.
NOTE: If you wish to select another page, you need to login to Facebook again.
Once you have connected to your Facebook page, you will see information similar to this:
At this step, the synchronization will be immediate, and the changes will be updated within Exclaimer. An automatic sync will be performed once a week, Monday 9 AM regional time. If required, you can start a manual data synchronization.
- Connected to Facebook account: This displays which Facebook account you are connected to.
- Show posts from this Facebook page: This displays which Facebook page is selected to show posts within your signature.
To see the actual Facebook content, within the selected page, navigate to the Signature Designer, Facebook Feed page.
Removing your Facebook Account
NOTE: Only Admins can remove the Facebook account. For more information on permissions, see User Management.
To remove your Facebook account from your Exclaimer subscription:
- Click REMOVE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.
The Remove Facebook Account window is displayed.
- Click OK to remove the Facebook Social Feeds from all your signatures.
Changing your Facebook Settings
NOTE: Editors can establish a connection to Facebook, connect to a different Facebook account, and change the Facebook page from where the posts are pulled. For more information on permissions, see User Management.
To change your Facebook Settings:
- Click CHANGE FACEBOOK SETTINGS.
A window is displayed, prompting you to re-connect.
- If required, click Log in to another account to login to another Facebook account. Follow the steps as displayed on the screen.
- Click Edit previous settings to remove or add any set pages within the selected Facebook account.
As required, make the changes and click Continue to proceed. Follow the on-screens instructions.
