Signature template limits

Description

The number of signature templates you can create depends on your Exclaimer pricing plan.

  • The Starter plan allows one signature template.
  • The Pro and Standard plans allows an unlimited number of signatures and will not display a signature limit.

For Starter plans, your limit and number of templates is displayed above your templates in the All Signatures tab of the Signatures page.

Once you have reached your signature template limit, you cannot create or import any further signature templates. The Create Signature button will not function, and you cannot duplicate a signature. You can increase your signature limit by switching your subscription plan.

Increasing the signature limit

Once you create the maximum number of templates allowed on your subscription plan, the Increase your limit link appears.


The Increase your limit message is displayed once you have created the maximum amount of signatures. 

NOTE: If your subscription has reached its signature limit, you cannot create, import, or duplicate any signature templates.

To increase your signature limit, you must upgrade your pricing plan.

  1. Select Increase your limit. 

    This opens the upgrade window.

  2. Enter your contact and usage details. All fields are required.

    NOTE: To see information about the features available on upgraded plans, select View Features.
  3. Select Request Upgrade.

    A member of the Exclaimer Sales team will reach out to you to discuss upgrading your pricing plan. You can now close the window to continue using Exclaimer. Select the X icon to close the window.
Exceeding the signature limit
If you have changed your pricing plan, you may find your existing signatures exceed the signature limit. You cannot create any more signatures until you are below the signature limit for your pricing plan. Select Increase your limit to upgrade your plan and increase the number of signatures you can create.
