Description
The number of signature templates you can create depends on your Exclaimer pricing plan.
- The Starter plan allows one signature template.
- The Standard plan allows ten signature templates.
- The Pro plan allows an unlimited number of signatures and will not display a signature limit.

For Standard and Starter plans, your limit and number of templates is displayed above your templates in the All Signatures tab of the Signatures page.

Once you have reached your signature template limit, you cannot create or import any further signature templates. The CREATE SIGNATURE, IMPORT SIGNATURE, and Duplicate buttons will not function. You can increase your signature limit by switching your subscription plan.

The Increase your limit message is displayed once you have created the maximum amount of signatures.
To increase your signature limit, you must upgrade your pricing plan.
- Select Increase your limit.
This opens the upgrade window.

- Enter your contact and usage details. All fields are required.
NOTE: To see information about the features available on upgraded plans, select View Features. - Select Request Upgrade.
A member of the Exclaimer Sales team will reach out to you to discuss upgrading your pricing plan. You can now close the window to continue using Exclaimer. Select the X icon to close the window.
