You can now integrate UKG Ready with Exclaimer to synchronise employee data within Sender Management.
UKG Ready can be used instead of, or alongside, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Directory, or manual uploads. Updates such as new hires and job changes are synced automatically into Exclaimer.
The integration is powered by BindBee and is managed in Sender Management alongside other data sources. UKG Ready can be used as a single source or combined with directory data and the User Details Editor.

We are excited to introduce Workday as a new employee data source in Exclaimer. It pulls employee details directly from Workday, so signatures and meeting themes use HR-managed data.
Workday can be used instead of or alongside Microsoft Entra ID, Google Directory, or manual uploads. Updates such as new hires and job changes are synced automatically into Exclaimer, reducing manual updates.
The integration is powered by BindBee and is managed in Sender Management with other data sources. Workday can be used as a single source or combined with directory data and the User Details Editor.

Assigning users for Meeting Branding

We are very pleased to announce that you can now assign Meeting Branding themes to specific individuals or groups using rules. This means that instead of broadly applying themes across an entire organization, IT admins can precisely control who has access to which themes, making it easier to roll out your Meeting Branding in your enterprise with confidence.
This functionality is supported across both Zoom and UDE download (for Teams and Google Meet), ensuring a consistent and streamlined experience regardless of platform.

Resellers can now add users in the product portal with clearer control over access and permissions, including the option to add either an employee user or an external user.
When creating a new customer subscription, resellers can also select the hosting region based on where the customer is located.

We are excited to bring you an expanded new version of signature Branding. The Brand Kits feature replaces the Branding screen and allows you to create individual collections of branded assets, so that you can choose to apply different Kits to your signatures and seamlessly switch between saved brand assets. With a centralized Brand Kit screen displaying all your different Brand Kits, much like the Signatures, Campaigns, or Disclaimers list, you can build, apply, and switch between your branding for any signature without needing to reconfigure your assets or lose any previous configurations.
Users on Starter Plans can build one Brand Kit, users on Standard plans can build up to three Brand Kits, and our Pro plan users can build as many Brand Kits as they choose.
