The options within Mail Flow help you manage your mail flow setup.
From the header bar, select the cogwheel icon, then select Mail Flow.
In this section, you can do the following:
Microsoft 365
Required!
- You must be an Exclaimer Admin to view the configuration options. If you are logged in as an Editor, you will see a banner, at the top, with a message that some of the configuration options are not available and can only be modified by an Exclaimer Administrator. For more information on permissions, please see User Management.
- You need to use your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator credentials to Connect to Microsoft 365 and Sent Items Update.
- You must be an Exclaimer Admin to view the configuration options. - You need to use your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator credentials to Connect to Microsoft 365 and Sent Items Update.

Connect to Microsoft 365 to re-run the connector setup. You can change the group that controls which user emails get routed from Microsoft 365 to Exclaimer.

Mail Routing Domain to configure how Exclaimer routes email back to Microsoft 365 after processing.

Sent Items Update to update emails in the user's sent items folder allowing them to see the signature on the sent emails.

Send on Behalf to use the signature of the user (or group or shared mailbox) you are sending the email on behalf of.

Alias Addresses to allow signatures to be applied to emails when the user sends them via alias addresses.
- Apply Recipient Settings Client-side to automatically change the signatures based on the email recipient.
Google Workspace
Required!

- You need to use your Google Workspace Super Admin credentials to configure your Google subscription mail settings.
- You must be an Exclaimer Admin to view the configuration options. If you are logged in as an Editor, you will see a banner, at the top, with a message that some of the configuration options are not available and can only be modified by an Exclaimer Administrator. For more information on permissions, please see the User Management.
- You need to use your Google Workspace Super Admin credentials to configure your Google subscription mail settings.

Connect to Google Workspace to set up the Google App to automatically add signatures to Gmail, so they are visible in the email when you are drafting it.

Send on Behalf to use the signature of the user (or group or shared mailbox) you are sending the email on behalf of.
