This option allows you to configure Server-Side signatures for Microsoft 365 after the initial onboarding.
In server-side, signatures are applied to all email messages via Exclaimer's Cloud service, irrespective of which browser/device/email client is used.

- From the menu sidebar, select Configuration, then select Manage Mail Flow.
- Locate the Connect to Microsoft 365 section.

Configuring Server-Side signatures after the initial onboarding
Pre-requisites
For Server-Side signatures, it is important to update the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record for each domain from which you send emails. Without this, messages may be marked as spam by recipients. For more information, see how to update the Sender Policy Framework (SPF).

To configure Server-Side signatures:
REQUIRED! You need to use your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator credentials to configure your Exclaimer - Signatures for Microsoft 365 subscription.

Select Send all email to Exclaimer to send all your company emails to Exclaimer to process.
De-select to send only emails from specified groups to Exclaimer.
- In Test Group Name, enter the name of the mail-enabled group whose user emails need to be processed by Exclaimer. Select the group from the predictive text list.
NOTE: If you enter a group name that does not already exist in your Microsoft 365 tenancy, a new mail-enabled group will be created. However, you will need to add members to this group on Microsoft 365 once the setup of Exclaimer is complete. - Copy the code from the screen by selecting the copy icon . This will be required in a later step.
Select the copy icon.
- Select CONNECT.
Select Connect.
- Log in as a Global Administrator. This opens the Permissions requested window. Select Accept.

- Paste the code you copied previously in the Enter Code window, then select Next.

Select the required Microsoft account.

Confirm that you are trying to sign in to Microsoft Exchange Online Remote Powershell. Select Continue to proceed.
NOTE: Exclaimer uses Powershell to add send and receive connectors, set up required mail flow rules, and add required IP addresses to the connection filter. No scripts are needed for users and this process cannot be manually configured as setup creates a unique domain and security ceritficate for users. This process is completed automatically by selecting Continue.
Confirm sign in to Microsoft Exchange Online Remote Powershell.
- Wait for the configuration process to complete. Progress is indicated by a spinner.

CAUTION! Your organization may need to be hydrated to allow the connector setup to run. This process is automatically triggered and can take up to 1 hour to complete in Microsoft 365.Once the configuration to route the emails to Exclaimer is complete, the Configuration Successful message is displayed.
