Description
This option allows signatures to be applied to emails when the user sends them via alias addresses.
NOTE: An email 'alias' is an additional email address for an email account that a user can send and receive emails from. A single email user account can have multiple email aliases, with the same or different domains.

Pre-requisites: It is a requirement for the Send on Behalf feature to be 'enabled' for the Alias Addresses feature to function properly.
How to access it
To access the Alias Addresses option:
- From the header bar, select the cogwheel icon, then select Mail Flow.
- Navigate the Alias Addresses section.

Enabling Alias Addresses
To allow signatures to be applied when emails are sent using alias email addresses:
- Select the Enable Alias Address support option.
- Select SAVE.
Next Steps: Within the Signature Designer, you can insert a {Sender} field to use custom signatures for your email alias addresses.
