Can I cancel my Exclaimer 'trial' subscription?
Your trial will naturally come to a stop after the trial period expires, so you do not need to do anything to cancel your subscription. You can remove Exclaimer before the end of the trial period - see our Uninstall guide for
Microsoft or
Google.
Once the 14-day period has expired, you will no longer be able to access your
Active Subscriptions unless you upgrade to a paid plan. You can do this by selecting
Manage on your
Active Subscriptions.
Can I cancel my Exclaimer subscription?
If you are the subscription Owner, you can cancel the Exclaimer subscription.
NOTE: Please be aware that you will be liable for the remaining amount left on your contract as per our terms and conditions. Full payment will be expected on the termination of your contract with Exclaimer.
Your account will still be active until the last payment has been received. This is non-negotiable, and you will not receive refunds for partial months.
Exclaimer will work for seven days after receiving your last bill payment. After seven days, all features will be deactivated. We recommend that you update your email server settings during this time.
What do I need to do after I upgrade from Standard/Starter to Pro tier?
You do not need to do anything after upgrading - your new tier access is ready to use and you can now explore all the Pro-exclusive capabilities of Exclaimer, such as
Headline Content,
Analytics, and
Integrations. For a full comparison of all features across plan types, see
Exclaimer Pricing plans or the
What to expect... section in
Purchase Exclaimer subscription for links to our knowledge base articles for these features.
Where can I find my subscription ID?
You can find your subscription ID in the Account menu after launching or on the Manage screen for the subscription. See How to locate your subscription ID in the Exclaimer portal.
NOTE: Only users with Owner or Admin roles can view the subscription ID. If you do not see the ID, ensure you are logged in as the Owner or an Admin user.
Can I add another login to my Exclaimer subscription?
Only the subscription Owner or the subscription admin can add other users who can log into the Exclaimer portal.
Can I update the number of users on my Exclaimer subscription?
Only the Owner of the Exclaimer subscription can update the number of users on their subscription.
For more information, see:
How to update the number of users in an existing subscription.
How to add or remove a user for your Exclaimer subscription.
WARNING! It is not possible to decrease the number of users from your subscription (as stated in the Exclaimer's Terms and Conditions). If you wish to make any adjustments to your subscription,
submit a request to the renewals team (Account Services > Account > Renewal Enquiry) to process this before your renewal start date.
Any adjustments made after your renewal date will be taken into account at your next renewal start date. It is not possible to make any changes mid-contract.
Can I connect more than one Microsoft 365 tenant with a single Exclaimer tenant?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can only connect a single Microsoft tenant with a single Exclaimer tenant.
If you want to connect any additional tenants, then they would require their own Exclaimer tenants.
Please see how you can create a new Exclaimer subscription.
The Exclaimer subscription owner has left the company. How do I change the account owner?
To change the subscription owner,
raise a ticket and request an ownership change. From the
What can we help with? drop-down list, select
Account, then select
Ownership Change.
How do I check what pricing plan my subscription is on?
The tier of plan you are on appears in the
Subscription details section of the Manage screen for your subscription. In the Exclaimer portal, select
Manage next to your subscription to view your Subscription details.
Can I create a new trial if I have an old trial?
