Scenario
You are using Exclaimer, and you would like to use linked images within the signature. But, the linked image is different for each user.
Resolution
You can use custom attributes to dynamically pull each linked image for each user.
Pre-requisites
Before you create a signature with linked images, make sure:
The images are available on the hosted server, Google Drive or Dropbox.

Using linked images
To create a signature that uses fields to pull through linked images:
- Create custom fields and insert the URL for each image within Microsoft 365 or your local Active directory. For more information on how you can do this, see How to add custom fields to your signature.

Log in to Exclaimer and select Signatures from the menu sidebar. From the All Signatures tab, select the signature you would like to add linked images to.
For more information, see how you can create a signature. - The signature will open in the Signature Designer. Drag and drop the Image/Logo element to the signature.
- Select the New linked image option.
Select the New linked image option.
- In Linked Image URL, add the custom attribute field. Type { then select the required field from the list displayed.
Type { in the Linked Image URL to populate the list. Add the custom attribute.
- At the moment, the image will not be displayed. You can view the image within the Preview pane.
If the image is not visible within the Preview pane, do a manual data synchronization for immediate results or you can wait for 24 hours for the changes to be visible.
