Once you have successfully created an Exclaimer Cloud subscription, you can view the subscription details in the Exclaimer Cloud portal.
How to access it?
To access the subscription details:
Log into the Exclaimer Cloud portal and navigate to the Overview tab.
- From the Overview tab, click Manage against the required subscription.
The Subscription details displays the relevant details for the selected subscription.
If you have a test subscription, then a banner will appear at the top of the screen, reflecting that it is a Test Subscription.
Understanding your subscription details
The table below describes the different fields displayed in the Subscription details section:
Displays the unique name of your Exclaimer Cloud subscription.
To edit the name, click on the pencil icon ().
|Product||Displays the name Exclaimer Cloud product you have configured.|
|Number of users||Displays the number of mailboxes that have Exclaimer Cloud Signatures added to their emails via your Exclaimer Cloud subscription.|
|Status||Displays the status of your Exclaimer Cloud subscription, whether it is Active or on trial. If it is on trial, the number of days left on your trial will be displayed.|
|Next payment date||Displays the date when the next payment is due for your subscription to remain Active.|
|Payment method||Displays the payment method used for the selected subscription.
- You can see the expiry date of the card used.
- If your card is about to expire soon or has already expired, then you will see a banner at the top similar to this example:
To change your payment method, click Change.
We recommend: You include more than one payment method in case your primary payment method does not go through.
Displays the Exclaimer Azure Region connected to your Exclaimer Cloud subscription.
|ID||Displays the unique subscription ID.
If you raise a support ticket, you will need to supply your subscription ID.
|Cancel this subscription||Click to cancel the subscription.|
