Description
The Social Feed Analytics dashboard displays analytical information on social feed performance, such as engagement rates and click tracking for each post.
How to access it
To access the Social Feeds Analytics dashboard:
- From the menu sidebar, select Analytics.
- Select the Social Feeds tab.
Understanding Social Feed Analytics

The table below describes the different options available:
Internal/External: Select an option from the drop-down list: Internal displays data for all emails marked as internal only within the selected date range. External displays data for all emails marked as external only within the selected date range. All Emails displays data for all emails - internal and external - within the selected date range. |
Date Range: Select a date range to view the data. The available dates are: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Custom date range. To set a Custom date range, enter or select a start and end date and time using the calendar picker. NOTE: The date format is based on your selected language preference. |
Social Network: If you have not configured a Facebook or LinkedIn connection, select Configure a Social Feed to go to Integrations. Otherwise, select an option from the dropdown to view the analaytics for the selected Social Feed. |
Emails sent with Social Feed: Displays the number of emails sent in your specified date/time range that include the selected social feed. |
Clicks on Social Feed: Displays the number of clicks on the selected social feed, including a representative percentage based on how many were sent. |
Post Performance: This helps you review and identify which social feed post is most engaging with customers. The following information is displayed per post: Post: This is a link to the Facebook post, which opens in a new window. Post Date: This is the date when the post was posted on Facebook. Sends: This is the number of emails sent with the post within the reporting period. Clicks: This is the total number of clicks on the post within the reporting period. %Engagement: This is the number of clicks per send for the social feed post represented as a percentage. For example, 10 sends and 5 clicks would be 50% engagement. |
