The LinkedIn Social Feed feature allows you to connect a LinkedIn account and page to Exclaimer. Using the LinkedIn Feed element, Exclaimer pulls the latest three posts from a connected LinkedIn page and displays them in your signature.

How to access it
To access the LinkedIn Social Feed:
- Log into your Exclaimer account and launch your subscription.
- From the header bar, select the cogwheel to open the Settings menu, then select Integrations.
The Settings menu is found under the cogwheel icon.
Connecting with your LinkedIn account
To configure global settings for your LinkedIn Social Feed:
- Select Connect with LinkedIn.

- Enter your LinkedIn credentials in the LinkedIn Login window and select Sign in. You may be asked to allow Exclaimer to access your account details.
NOTE: Your LinkedIn account must have the Super admin role for your LinkedIn pages to connect to Exclaimer. For more information, see LinkedIn Page admin roles on LinkedIn's Help resources.
If you are not a Super admin, you will receive an error message stating that there is no LinkedIn organization set up on this account. Select Retry to log in or Cancel to revert to the original state of the Integrations screen.
- If your LinkedIn account has only one page, the account connects automatically.
If your LinkedIn account has multiple pages, the Select organization window is displayed, listing all the pages set up on your account.

From the drop-down, select a page to use in your social feed.
- Select SAVE.
You account is now connected. Synchronization is immediate and an automatic sync is performed thrice a week.
Once you have connected to your LinkedIn page, the LinkedIn Social Feed section displays the following data:

Connected to LinkedIn account: This displays which LinkedIn account you are connected to.
Show posts from this LinkedIn organization: This displays which LinkedIn page is selected to show posts within your signature.
To see the LinkedIn content from the selected page in your signature, open the Signature Designer and add a LinkedIn Feed element.
Removing your LinkedIn Account
NOTE: Only Owners and Admins can remove a LinkedIn account. For more information on permissions, see User Management.
To remove your LinkedIn account from your Exclaimer subscription:
- Select REMOVE LINKEDIN ACCOUNT.

- Select OK to remove the LinkedIn Social Feeds content from all your signatures.
Changing your LinkedIn Settings
To change your LinkedIn Settings:
- Select CHANGE LINKEDIN SETTINGS.

- Reconnect using the pop-up prompt.
The Select organization window is displayed, listing all the pages setup on your account.

- From the dropdown, select a page to use in your social feed.
- Select SAVE to connect the page, or select CANCEL to return to the Integrations screen without changing your page.
