Some groups are not visible in Exclaimer when applying signatures

Scenario

When configuring signatures in Exclaimer, you notice that you cannot select groups that are present in Microsoft 365.

Reason

Exclaimer supports only mail-enabled security and distribution groups.

Resolution

If the group is mail-enabled but still not visible, please try to perform a manual data synchronization.
