Description
Edit Design allows you to edit the selected email signature design according to your requirements.
How to access it
You can access the Edit Design in any of the following ways:
- From the left-hand pane, select Signatures. The All Signatures tab is selected by default.
- From the signatures list, select Edit Design against the signature whose design you wish to edit.
Select Edit Design against the signature you wish to edit.
OR
- From the left-hand pane, select Signatures. The All Signatures tab is selected by default.
- From the signatures list, select Manage against the signature you wish to manage the rules.
The selected signature pane is displayed.
- Select Edit Design to edit the design of the selected signature.
Editing Signature Design
To edit the signature design:
- Select Edit Design against the signature you wish to edit.
You can add additional elements to your signature design, remove any existing elements, or you can edit the properties of any element.
Signature elements (such as Address {Fields}, Contact {Fields}, Personal {Fields}, All {Fields} or Social Media Strip) are groups of individual fields. This means that when you add any of these elements to your signature design, you add a series of fields grouped together for convenience and because they go together.
All group elements inherit group properties.
As you make changes to your signature design, you can see the preview, in real-time, in the preview pane.
- Select Save Changes to save your changes. Select Cancel Changes to revert any changes made.
