Description
You can cancel your active Exclaimer subscription from the subscription management screen. Trial subscriptions cannot be canceled as they expire after the trial period.
NOTE: You must be the subscription Owner to cancel an Exclaimer subscription.
How to access it
To access the Cancel option:

Log in to your Exclaimer account using Owner credentials.

If you have only one subscription, your subscription will launch automatically. Navigate to the portal by selecting the initials icon in the header bar to open the Accounts menu, then selecting Account.
The Account menu is found under the initials icon. The initials are of the user currently logged in.
Tip! You can also access the portal by selecting the subscriptions portal link in the Subscriptions section of the Home page, or by selecting Sign out from the Account menu. - Locate your subscription and select Manage.
The Manage button is only available for subscriptions where you are the Owner or Admin.
- In the Subscription details section, locate the Cancel this subscription... link.

Canceling an Exclaimer subscription
To cancel an Exclaimer subscription:
- Select Cancel this subscription... This opens the Cancel subscription screen.
- Confirm that your subscription details are correct, then select a reason for canceling from the radio buttons.
- Select Cancel subscription.
WARNING! You must ensure that you remove the Exclaimer mail flow configuration from your environment when your subscription or trial ends. Failure to do so will result in rejection of any emails routed to Exclaimer.

Cancelation Pending - What happens next?
Once you have chosen to cancel your subscription, your subscription status reads Cancelation Pending.
A member of our Operations Team will get in contact with you to advise on further steps. This will usually be within three working days to one week.
NOTES:
As per our terms and conditions, you will be liable for the remaining amount left on your contract. Full payment will be expected on the termination of your contract with Exclaimer.
Your account will still be active until the last payment has been received. This is non-negotiable and you will not receive refunds for partial months.
Exclaimer will work for seven days after your last bill payment has been received. After seven days, all features will be deactivated. We recommend you update your email server settings during this time.
To delete your account and fully remove your information, speak to the Operations Team handling your cancelation, or request a deletion by raising a support request.
