It is not possible to lower your usage in the middle of your current agreement. If you wish to reduce your usage, you can only do so during the renewal period where you can request a quote for your desired usage with the Renewals Team by submitting a request
We will only be able to grant you this reduction if you are actually using less. In order to assure that you are not overusing, you can limit the number of users routing to Exclaimer by adding a group to the mail flow rule conditions. For more information, see how to reduce the number of users routing to Exclaimer
Why am I being charged for No-Reply Skype inboxes?
No-Reply Skype inboxes still count towards your usage.
For more information, see how to How to exclude signatures from applying to 'Noreply_skype’ mailboxes.
Why is my price higher than last year's price?
The price could be higher due to a couple of factors:
- The annual price increase has been applied (currently 8%).
- There are more users than previous invoice.
- You have upgraded to a different Exclaimer Plan.
- You might be on a grandfathered plan that we no longer offer
- Prices have increased since you started
- Your usage has changed over time
