Scenario
You are liaising with Exclaimer Support for assistance with Exclaimer, and you would like to view the content of your current ticket along with your response to the associated Support Engineer.
Resolution
To view your Exclaimer Support ticket:
- Browse to https://support.exclaimer.com/
- Select Sign in at the top-right of the web page:
The Sign in to Exclaimer Cloud window is displayed:
NOTE: The credentials of the Exclaimer Support portal are different from the Exclaimer portal.
- If you have previously signed up, enter the credentials to log in to the Exclaimer Support portal.
- If you haven't previously signed up, then you can either Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft, or
- If you are new to the Exclaimer Support portal and don't already have an account, select Sign Up to create a new account.
- After signing in, you will be directed back to the home page. Select the arrow against your name at the top-right of the page, then select Requests to view your tickets:
Your support tickets will be displayed:
- Select the Subject of the support ticket to open it and view more details. A detailed activity list is displayed:
New to Exclaimer?
If you are new to the Exclaimer Support portal and want to sign up:
- Browse to https://support.exclaimer.com/
- Select Sign in at the top-right of the web page. The Sign in to Exclaimer Cloud window is displayed.
- Select Sign up at the bottom-left of the window.
The Sign up to Exclaimer window is displayed:
- In Your full name, enter the full name you want to log in as.
- In Your email, enter the email address you want to be associated with the Exclaimer sign in.
- Select Sign up. You will receive a Welcome email to verify your email address then you can sign in.
NOTE: If you have problems signing in, please log a ticket with Support, and we'll be happy to look into it.
