Scenario
You are using Exclaimer, and you have created your email signature. Upon testing, you notice that the signature looks correct on desktop devices and the Exclaimer portal. However, the template begins to wrap incorrectly on mobile devices or smaller screens.

To correct this issue, you will need to add a fixed width to the signature template - this will allow the signature template to scale on smaller devices correctly. For a quick video, see how you can add a fixed width to your email signature.

Method 1 - A signature template that requires a 'Fluid' legal disclaimer
- Open the required signature template within the Signature Designer.
- Select the table that contains the contact information.
Example: - From the right-hand side Properties pane, expand the Size section.
- Set the desired Width for your signature.

- Open the required signature template within the Signature Designer.
- Select the outer layer of the signature template - not the signature element.

NOTE: When using a fixed-width signature template, some mobile devices (specifically iOS devices) will try to fit the signature and email into the screen size - this is known as 'Fit to Screen'.
