Description
With the Exclaimer User Details Editor users can view and edit the contact details available for use in email signatures. The Editor displays your user details as they will appear in the signature and contact information can be edited in available fields.
NOTE: You can only edit the fields defined by your administrator as editable. For more information on how to unlock fields for editing, see Manage user editable contact details.

Managing your contact details for Microsoft 365 subscriptions
To access the User Details Editor:
- Launch the User Details Editor portal by entering the following URL that corresponds to your region:

You can also launch the User Details Editor from your Exclaimer account via the Configuration > Manage User Data section. Select GO TO USER DETAILS EDITOR to launch or copy the provided regional URL. For more information, see User Details Editor. - Select Sign in with Microsoft and sign in using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

If prompted, accept the permissions request by selecting the Consent on behalf of your organization checkbox, then selecting Accept.

The contact details fields Exclaimer currently uses to populate your email signature are displayed on the Manage your contact details screen. To edit your details, select an available field.
NOTES:
The maximum character limit for details fields is 255.
The information entered will be represented in your signature as plain text - for example, URLs will be represented as text only, not converted to hyperlinks. For information on using hyperlinks, see our resources on the Properties pane when using our Signature Elements.

- To edit the details that appear in your personalized vCard via QR codes, check or uncheck the available fields.
NOTE: Personalized vCards are only available in Pro Plan. For more information on pricing plans, see Exclaimer Pricing Plans. - Select SAVE CHANGES to save your details. For Client-Side signatures, your details may take up to an hour to synchronize.
Tip! As a Global Administrator, you can define which fields users can edit. Select SETTINGS to go to the Settings screen.
Managing your contact details for Google Workspace subscriptions
To access the User Details Editor:

NOTE: All data uploaded to the User Details Editor is stored in Exclaimer's own load-balanced data centers.
Next steps: Once you have added data to your contact fields, you can use these fields to populate your signature using the All {Fields}, Address {Fields}, Contact {Fields}, and Personal {Fields} elements. The fields pull data from the User Details Editor fields and reproduce the text in the signature template.
