Description
As a Global Administrator, managing contact details implies:
- You can define which contact fields can be edited by the users.
Please take a look at how users can manage their contact details.
Accessing the User Details Editor for Microsoft 365 subscription
To access the User Details Editor:
Required! You need to log in as a Global Administrator to access the SETTINGS option.
- Launch the User Details Editor (UDE) portal via your region URL link.
The different URLs are:

United Kingdom https://uk.details.exclaimer.net
Canada https://ca.details.exclaimer.net

- Sign in with Microsoft using your Global Administrator credentials.
A Microsoft window prompting you to grant access to Exclaimer to view your basic profile and maintain access to your data is displayed:
- Select the option Consent on behalf of your organization.
- Click Accept.
The Manage your contact details screen is displayed. -
Click SETTINGS.
Accessing the User Details Editor for Google Workspace subscription
To access the User Details Editor:
Required! You need to log in as a Super Admin to access the SETTINGS option.
- Launch the User Details Editor (UDE) portal via your region URL link.
The different URLs are:

United States https://us.details.exclaimer.net/google
- Sign in with Google.
A window prompting you to grant access to Exclaimer to view the information and manage the provisioning of users is displayed:

Click Allow to grant permissions.
The Manage your contact details screen is displayed.

Click SETTINGS.
Defining editable contact fields
Once you have successfully signed in as an Administrator, you can define which fields users can edit.
- Within the Manage your contact details screen, click SETTINGS.
The Settings screen is displayed:
- Select the fields you want individual users to edit.
NOTE: All data uploaded to the User Details Editor is stored in Exclaimer's own load-balanced data centers. - Click SAVE CHANGES to save any changes; else, click CANCEL CHANGES.
- Click CONTACT DETAILS to go back to the Manage your contact details screen.
