This section covers all the options to help you successfully configure your Exclaimer Cloud subscription with an on-premises Exchange environment. The Exchange On-Premises feature allows for server-side signatures to be applied to emails sent from on-premises Exchange mailboxes.
How to access it?
- From the left-hand pane, click Configuration, then select Connect to Microsoft 365.
NOTE: The options within Connect to Microsoft 365 are only available during the initial setup. Once you have successfully configured your Exclaimer Cloud subscription, this section will not be available. - From the right-hand pane, Apply Signatures is enabled only if the authorization and syncing process has been completed.
- Click Exchange On-Premises.
- Click Continue to Exchange On-Premises.
The Exchange On-Premises section is displayed.
- From the left-hand pane, click Configuration, then select Exchange On-Premises.

Settings
The settings available in this section are:
Service URI - This is the address of the imprint server your emails will pass through to receive a signature. This address will be required during the Exclaimer Exchange Transport Agent installation on your on-premises Exchange servers.
API Keys - These options allow you to manage the list of API keys that the Exclaimer Exchange Transport Agent uses to authenticate securely from the on-premises Exchange server to the Exclaimer Cloud environment.
Exclaimer Exchange Transport Agent - This provides access to download the Exclaimer Exchange Transport Agent, which is required for Exchange On-Premises.
