Description
When you create an Exclaimer account, you enter your personal details. If there have been any changes to your details, you can edit them.
How to access it
To access the options to update the details:

Log into the Exclaimer portal and navigate to the Accounts tab.
- In the Accounts tab, the Update details section consists of all the fields to update your personal details.

Updating personal information
The Update details section displays your basic personal information.
Edit the information, then select Update.
NOTE: Updating your email address will change the address that you log in with in the future. If you've forgotten the email address associated with your account, contact Exclaimer Support, who will assist you in recovering your details.
Updating billing address
If you have a trial subscription, you can update your billing address in the Update details section.
If you have a paid subscription, raise a Support ticket to update your billing address.
To fill out a ticket for changing the billing address:
- Select Account Services.
- Under Organization, select the organization.
- Under Subject, enter a subject line for your request.
- Under Description, enter your request or describe your problem.
- Under What can we help with? drop-down, select Account, then select Update billing address.
- Under Subscription ID, enter your subscription ID to help the Support team find your subscription.

NOTE: You must be an Owner or Admin to locate your subscription ID. For more information on roles and permissions, see User Management. - Select Submit.
Once submitted, a member of the Exclaimer Support or Account Services team will contact you as soon as possible.
