What is happening?
The Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent for Mac is being discontinued.
Why is it happening?
- The Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent for Mac was primarily developed for intel based devices and as Mac continues to move towards Apple silicon, we cannot guarantee if the application will run reliably.
- Azure CDN from Edgio has announced retirement. For more details, please refer to the official Azure CDN Edgio Retirement FAQ.
When will it be discontinued?
The Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent for Mac is being discontinued with immediate effect.
Can you recommend a replacement?
As a replacement, we encourage you to migrate to the Exclaimer Outlook Add-in, which fully supports Outlook for Mac. However, please note that Mac Mail will no longer be supported for client-side signatures.
What will happen if I don't upgrade?
Client-side signatures will eventually stop updating within Outlook and Apple Mail. The system will log error messages in the console.
Rest assured, server-side signatures will continue to apply as normal and will not be affected.
