Description
Once you have an Exclaimer account, you can log in to your account to manage your signatures and subscriptions.
Select an option below to view the related instructions:
- Go to portal.exclaimer.com.

EITHER:
If you signed up using your Microsoft 365 credentials, select Sign in with Microsoft. Select your Microsoft account.
OR
If you signed up using your Google credentials, select Sign in with Google. Select your Google account.
OR
If you signed up by setting a username and password, enter the email address and password in the Email and Password entry fields. Select Sign in.
Tip! You can add a password for manual login to accounts using Microsoft or Google credentials, and you can add Microsoft or Google credentials to accounts using email and password logins. If you have multiple sign in methods configured, use any relevant sign in process. - You may be asked to complete a Multi-Factor Authentification (MFA) check for security purposes. If requested, enter the code provided in the authentication token sent to the email associated with the account.
NOTE: Exclaimer requires MFA for only the username and password option. Google and Microsoft may have their own MFA requirements.

Forgotten password | Select Forgot Password? You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. NOTE: This solution is only relevant for users using the email and password sign in method. Users who only have Microsoft or Google Single Sign On (SSO) configured will not receive a password reset email. For forgotten logins with Microsoft or Google, select Can't access your account? (Microsoft) or Forgot email?/Forgot Password? (Google) from within the respective sign in screens. |

Check your Junk/Spam folders. Add portal@cloud.exclaimer.com to your allow list/whitelist. For Microsoft 365 accounts: Check your quarantine in the Microsoft 365 admin centre. |

Update your web browser. Ensure you have completed any MFA or Self-Service Password Reset setup processes.
