Scenario
You are using Exclaimer Signatures for Google Workspace and would like to update the user data that appears in the Exclaimer signature.
Resolution
- Log into the Google Workspace Admin Console. This requires an Administrative account.
- From the menu pane, expand Directory, then select Users.
Users is found by expanding Directory.
- From the Users pane, select the user you wish to edit the details for.
Your users are listed on the Users page. Locate your user.
- Open the User Information section.
The User Information section.
- Select the pencil icon to edit fields within a section.
Select the pencil icon to enable editing.
- Make the required changes, then select SAVE.
Edit the text in the fields as needed.
NOTE: If you are unable to edit a field, enter your new data in another field, or add your data to your signature manually using a Text element.
