You would like to update the user data that appears in the Exclaimer signature.
- Log into the Google Workspace Admin Console (this requires an Administrative account).
- From the left-hand pane, click Directory, then select Users.
- From the right-hand Users pane, select the user you wish to edit the details for.
- Click anywhere in the User Information section.
- Click anywhere in the section you wish to edit the fields for.
- Make the required changes, then click SAVE.
NOTE: Please perform a data synchronization for any changes to be reflected in your Exclaimer signatures.
