You are using Exclaimer and need to obtain a message trace (typically for a support query or troubleshooting mail flow issues within Google Workspace).

Please follow the steps described below to obtain a message trace for Exclaimer Support:
- Log in to your Google Workspace admin portal.
- From the left-hand side menu, expand Audit, then select Email Log Search:
- Enter details for the message you are attempting to trace.
Example:
- Click Search.
- All messages matching the search criteria are displayed below.
- Select the required message from the search results list.
- Once the message is selected, the trace is opened.
Example: - To expand these details, select the address at the bottom of the page.
- To download the details, click the below icon in the top right of the screen and select Download as CSV file (
).
You can attach the downloaded file to an email to Exclaimer Support or when you open a support ticket.
