You are using Exclaimer Cloud and need to obtain a message trace (typically for a support query or troubleshooting mail flow issues within Google Workspace).
Please follow the steps described below to obtain a message trace for Exclaimer Support:
- Log in to your Google Workspace admin portal.
- From the left-hand side menu, expand Audit, then select Email Log Search:
- Enter details for the message you are attempting to trace.
- Click Search.
- All messages matching the search criteria are displayed below.
- Select the required message from the search results list.
- Once the message is selected, the trace is opened.
- To expand these details, select the address at the bottom of the page.
- To download the details, click the below icon in the top right of the screen and select Download as CSV file ().
You can attach the downloaded file to an email to Exclaimer Support or when you open a support ticket.
