Scenario
When you log in to the Exclaimer portal, you notice that instead of the Launch button, the Contact Owners">Owner message is displayed - this prevents you from accessing the subscription.
Reason
This issue usually occurs when you haven't logged in as the subscription Owners">Owner and haven't accepted the Exclaimer terms and conditions.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:

Log into the Exclaimer portal as a Subscription Owners">Owner and navigate to the Overview tab.
NOTE: This means logging in using the email address used at the time of creating the subscription.
- Click the Attention... button:
The subscription page is displayed.
- Click View Terms:
- Please go through the terms and conditions and select I have read and accept the terms and conditions option to proceed.
- Click Accept.
