Please click on the required options listed below to go through the detailed description:
Yes, it is possible to use Exclaimer to apply signatures to emails sent using Salesforce.
To do this, you need to use the Salesforce Add-in for Outlook and send your emails via Outlook.
Can Exclaimer apply Server-Side signatures to emails sent directly from Salesforce via Microsoft 365?
No, it's not possible to apply signatures in this way.
Due to the way Salesforce impersonates the sender when sending directly from Salesforce - Exclaimer cannot process the email as the user's MAILFROM address on the message envelope is not correct for the user.
Hubspot is compatible with Exclaimer Server-Side signatures. It doesn't require any additional configuration to apply Exclaimer signatures to the emails sent from Hubspot. If you have configured any signatures within Hubspot, these should be removed to avoid getting duplicate signatures.
Hubspot also has an Outlook Desktop Add-in, which can be used with Exclaimer Client-Side signatures.

To use Client-Side signatures with your CRM, check whether your CRM offers a Microsoft Outlook Add-In, which allows you to send your emails directly from Outlook.
For Exclaimer to apply Server-Side signatures to emails sent from a CRM, the following conditions must be met:
-
The email must be routed to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
-
The MAILFROM address (usually visible in the message headers as the return-path header) must be the correct email address for the sender.
