Description
This option allows signatures to be applied to emails when the user sends them via alias addresses. Currently, this option is only available for server-side signatures.
NOTE: An email 'alias' is an additional email address for an email account that a user can send and receive emails from. A single email user account can have multiple email aliases, with the same or different domains.
For more information, please see:
Microsoft 365: Add another email alias for a user

Enabling Alias Addresses
To allow signatures to be applied when emails are sent using alias email addresses:
- Select Enable Alias Address support.
- Click SAVE.
NOTE: The Send of Behalf option 'enabled' is a requirement for the Alias Addresses option to function properly. If this has not already been enabled, a message is displayed, prompting that the Send of Behalf option will be automatically enabled if the Alias Addresses option is to be used.
