Description
We are excited to release the following new features in the new UI:
- Signature Tester: This existing interactive tool that helps you check which signature(s) should apply to a user or email based on the settings you specify now also supports client-side signature rules (along with server-side signature rules).
- Invite your IT administrator: This feature allows the user attempting to complete onboarding to invite another user, who may have Super User/Microsoft 365 Global Admin rights, to complete the onboarding for their subscription.
This option is valid for both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace subscriptions. - Mail Routing domain: This feature allows an Exclaimer administrator to configure how Exclaimer returns email to Microsoft 365 after processing.
- Signature template limits: These vary depending on the pricing plan you have selected for your Exclaimer subscription.
- The Starter plan has only one signature template available in the subscription.
- The Standard plan has ten signature templates available in the subscription.
- The Pro plan is not limited in the number of signatures and will not display a signature limit.

Description
We have improved the Signature Designer and added the Calendars section. This allows you to easily add a button to your signature design for your Microsoft or Calendly appointments, share your availability with your contacts, and avoid unnecessary attempts to schedule meetings via email.
Some scenarios where you can use the Calendars feature:
- Add a team calendar link to a signature used by that team.
Example: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/Sales@acme.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
- Add a personal calendar to a signature dedicated to that person.
Example: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/John.Doe@acme.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
- Use Active Directory to automatically populate calendar links that follow a specific pattern.
Example: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/{firstname}-{lastname}@acme.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
- Allow employees to add their own meeting booking URLs to their signatures using Custom Variables (requires a Marketing Cloud subscription).
Example:
{CustomVariable1}
OR
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/{CustomVariable1}

Google Workspace in new UI with additional features

Description
This release brings exciting news - customers using Exclaimer with Google Workspace now have a new user interface (UI) and access to additional features.
The new UI makes it easier and more intuitive to set up and use Exclaimer, saving you time and allowing more teams within your organisation to be self-sufficient in creating or updating email signatures.
Some new features available within the new Google Workspace UI:
- Editors can now perform data synchronisations - Anyone with an 'Editor' role can now synchronise with your backend infrastructure instead of this functionality being limited to 'Admin' user roles only.
- Limit the scope of synchronisations - Propagate directory changes faster by selecting a specific group of users to synchronise instead of all users.
- Folder permissions and security - Organise your signatures into folders and specify permissions to determine which users have access to which folder. For example, only higher administrators or managers can view and edit company-wide signatures.
- Bulk updates for signatures - Make bulk changes to signatures in a spreadsheet; for example, adding user photos or pronouns. Upload using the Upload User Data feature to save time on making individual edits.
Customers using Exclaimer with Google can now also add new features to their subscriptions, including the ability to receive direct feedback, enhance marketing options, and track signature engagement. For more information, please contact your Customer Success representative.
We have updated our support documentation to reflect these changes within the new UI.
The Google Workspace configuration consists of the following sections:
- Connecting to Google: This includes all options to help you successfully configure your Exclaimer - Signatures for Google Workspace subscription.
- Managing user data: This includes all options to help you manage user contact details and user data in a signature.
- Managing mail flow: This includes all options to help you manage your mail flow configuration.
- Gmail signatures: This includes the option to synchronise your signatures with Gmail.
Once you have set up your subscription, you can easily enable your signatures for your Google Workspace subscription.

Description
We are excited to announce the release of signature Main content. This feature allows customers to place content at the top of an email, above the main text, to showcase their brand and engage their audience with priority content.
It adds an additional option to display signature content not only at the bottom of an email but also right at the top. The applications are broad and varied for both external and internal emails. Some examples where the signature Main content can be used include:
External emails:
- Promoting subtle branding elements: for example, logo, brand logos, etc.
- Promoting an event or piece of content
- Encouraging customers to provide feedback via a survey
Internal emails:
- Making security announcements: for example, requests for password changes or promoting training
- Marking messages as confidential based on the trigger word
- Promoting HR Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (D&I) or other relevant content
- Advertising company meetings and events: for example, holidays, kick-offs, etc.
Main content helps ensure that important information is not missed by the intended audience and is now available to all Signature Marketing Cloud customers.
