Description
If you have an Exclaimer trial subscription and decide not to proceed with a paid subscription, you can remove the domain that is added as part of your trial subscription setup.
You can cancel your Exclaimer trial subscription at any point within a 14 day period.

NOTE: Once the 14 day trial period has expired, you will no longer be able to access your Active Subscriptions unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
To upgrade to a paid plan, select Manage on your Active Subscriptions, then select Purchase.

Removing Exclaimer domain
To remove the domain:
- In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, navigate to Settings > Domains.
- On the Domains page, select the required domain. This will be in the following form: <unique tenant ID>.smtp.exclaimer.cloud).
- Select Remove.
- Follow any additional prompts then select Close.
