- You need to be logged in as an Exclaimer Cloud Administrator to view the configuration options.

Authorize permissions for Exclaimer Cloud to read user data from your Azure AD/Microsoft 365 directory (and maintain a replica in an Exclaimer Cloud database). This data is used to populate the contact details in your signature and can be used to control which users get which signature.

Synchronize user contact details for all members or, if required, selected members with Exclaimer Cloud so signatures can be applied to their email messages.

Upload user attributes or overwrite the existing data that is read from the Azure Active Directory.

Enable additional Azure AD Attributes to select which attribute to include in the data synchronization.
- Upload user photos to Exclaimer Cloud to add them to your email signatures.

Enable Access to Google Workspace. This process is to install the Exclaimer Cloud application in Google Workspace to synchronize your user's contact details and update the email signatures in Gmail.
