Description
With the Enable Additional Attributes feature, you can synchronize additional attributes from Microsoft 365 or an on-premises Active Directory.
The feature is appropriate if you wish to add a custom field to your signature that isn't included within the standard set of fields available within the signature designer. For example, you can use the Enable Additional Attributes feature to add personal pronouns or qualification to your signature. For more information, see how to add pronouns to the signature template.
