Scenario
While attempting to sign in and configure Exclaimer Cloud using your Microsoft 365 credentials, you receive the following error message:
Your Microsoft 365 account is already linked to an Exclaimer Cloud subscription. Use a different email account.
Reason
This error appears when the Microsoft 365 account is already linked to an existing or duplicate Exclaimer Cloud subscription. The duplicate subscription must be closed by Exclaimer before you can continue.
Resolution
Submit a support ticket so our team can review and close the duplicate subscription associated with your Microsoft 365 account. Include a list of your accepted domains with your ticket to assist Support.
