In this section, select how you wish to add signatures to your emails.
REQUIRED! You need to be the subscription Owner to configure a subscription. For more information on user roles, see User Management. You will also need Google Workspace Super Admin credentials.
Server-Side:
Server-Side signatures mean that the signatures are applied after the email has been sent - you cannot view your email signature while composing the email messages. Signatures are applied to all email messages via Exclaimer's Cloud service, irrespective of which browser/device/email client is used.
- The signature is automatically added to email messages based on the rules set.
- The signature is applied after the email is sent.
- You can apply Server-Side signatures to emails sent from any device or email client.
- It includes the most advanced set of targeting options, including sender, recipient, subject line, body text, date and time.
Select Continue to configure Server-Side signatures for your subscription.
NOTE: The dashboard will not be available if you have previously configured either Server-Side or Client-Side signatures or both the options. To configure Server-Side signatures if the dashboard is not available, see how to configure Server-Side signatures after the initial onboarding.
Client-Side:
Client-Side signatures mean that you can view your email signature while composing the email messages in Outlook. The signatures are synchronized to the users' email client.
- You can see, add, and change your signatures directly in the Outlook application and online.
- You can add the signature directly to the mail client and view it before sending the email.
- Outlook and Gmail are supported.
- You can manually select a signature to apply.
Select Start setup to configure Client-Side signatures for your subscription.
