How to use the Aptos font in an Exclaimer Signature

Scenario

You want to use the Aptos font in your signature. 

Resolution

The Aptos font is not currently available in Exclaimer. This is due to licensing requirements by Microsoft that leave Exclaimer unable to add the font to our product. 

However, you can use a font stack to simulate the Aptos font in your signature.

NOTE: If you use Aptos in a font stack, the recipient will need Aptos installed on their system to view it correctly. If they do not have Aptos, they will see the next font in the list of fallback fonts set up in the stack.

You can also add Aptos manually as a custom font; this will cause the signature to render as a bitmap. Be aware that bitmap signatures can cause issues; for example, Outlook removes hyperlinks in bitmap images, and Apple devices generally remove bitmap images to save space.
