How to remove the Exclaimer Outlook Add-in app once installed?

Scenario

You installed the Exclaimer Outlook Add-in app to allow users to add email signatures created within Exclaimer to their emails while composing the messages.

Your requirements have changed, and you now want to switch over to apply Server-Side signatures only. For this reason, you wish to remove the Exclaimer Outlook Add-in app.

Resolution 

To remove Exclaimer Outlook Add-in app:

1. Log on to the Microsoft 365 Portal as a Global Administrator.
   
   
2. Open the admin center.
   
   
3. Under Settings, select Integrated apps.
   
   
4. Select the Exclaimer for Outlook app from the list.
   
   
   
   A description pane is displayed on the right-hand side, listing all the options selected.
   
   
5. Click Remove app to remove the Exclaimer for Outlook Add-in app.
