How to remove the Exclaimer Outlook Add-in app once installed

Scenario

You installed the Exclaimer Outlook Add-in to deploy Client-Side signatures. You now wish to remove the Exclaimer Outlook Add-in app from your Microsoft 365 setup.

Resolution 

To remove Exclaimer Outlook Add-in app:

1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 Portal as a Global Administrator.
    
2. Open the admin center.
    

3. In the menu sidebar, under Settings, select Integrated apps.

   NOTE: If you do not see Settings in the menu sidebar, select Show all. You can pin Settings to your sidebar using Customize navigation.

4. Select the Exclaimer for Outlook app from the list to open the app details pane.

5. Under Actions, select Remove app.
