Mail Utilities is not disclaiming meeting requests


Meeting requests do not get a disclaimer added to them when sent in Outlook Rich Text format.


Exclaimer is setup to only add disclaimers to messages, but when a meeting requests is sent in TNEF (Outlook Rich Text format), the message class is ignored by Exclaimer.


This can be fixed by adding the message class to the list of message classes that get disclaimers.
  1. Open the Exclaimer Control Panel
  2. On the Setup page, press the Advanced button
  3. On the Identifiers tab (the default one), set the Message Classes field to IPM.Note*; IPM.Microsoft Mail.Note*; IPM.Appointment; IPM.Schedule; IPM.Microsoft Schedule
  4. Press OK
  5. Press Save
