The Signature Manager Office 365 Edition configuration file and license are locked to the computer where it was first installed and activated.
For this reason, it’s not possible to migrate the entire configuration to a new computer. Only the signature templates can be migrated. The signature policies etc would be required to be recreated from new.
In preparation for the migration, you will require a new license key to activate Signature Manager Office 365 Edition on the new computer. This can be requested from the Exclaimer Sales team.
After the Signature Manager Office 365 Edition has been installed on the new computer and the first use wizard completed, the signature templates can be exported from the previous installation and imported as per the following guide:
