Scenario
You have configured a standard username and password-based Exclaimer Cloud account and now you wish to log in using either Microsoft or Google authentication.
Resolution
NOTE: You can only configure a single additional authentication type - this means you can either use Microsoft or Google authentication on your account, not both.
To add a Google or Microsoft Single Sign-on (SSO):
- Log in to the Exclaimer Portal under your current account.
Example: - Select the Accounts tab at the top of the page.
- In the Security section, under Third-party authentication, you will see the relevant options. As required, select Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
Example:
- Once you have successfully signed in to your Google or Microsft account, the Accounts page will be displayed, where you will see your additional account.
Example:
You will now be able to sign into the Exclaimer portal using that option on the main sign-in screen.
If you wish to remove this at any time, click Remove next to the authentication method.
NOTE: This does not grant Exclaimer any access or control of your Microsoft or Google account or its credentials.
