There is a requirement for users within your company to be able to manually choose from a selection of signatures.
There are two ways by which you can choose your specific signature - please click on the required options listed below to go through the detailed description:
Use the subject trigger rules within Exclaimer to specify text such as #MarketingSig#. When they are detected within the Subject field of the mail, it will apply the chosen signature and, if required, remove the trigger word from the mail subject.

Once the client-side signature has been successfully deployed, the user can select the required signature from the Signature drop-down menu within Outlook when composing a message.
The Signature drop-down menu will display a list of all signatures, as they are named in the Exclaimer Cloud Portal.
