Limitations are added to the signature template to keep the signature as small, in file size, as possible.
There are many limitations with mail clients and signature designs in general, most of which are caused by the mail client or are not possible within the product itself.
Below are some of the common limitations - please click on the required options listed below to go through the detailed description:

Rounded Corners
NOTE: The steps described here assume that you have already created an email signature. For more information, see how you can create an email signature.
If your design requires a background colour with rounded corners, then this can be achieved in two ways:
Option 1 – Use a background image and render it as a bitmap.
Option 2 – Cut the shape's sides or top/bottom (if there is space to do so) and save those sections as images. You can achieve this with a background colour.
Gradients
NOTE: The steps described here assume that you have already created an email signature. For more information, see how you can create an email signature.
Currently, it is not possible to create gradients without the use of many table cells.
You could use a background image if it is the background or use an image of the gradient for a borderline.
However, if you would like a gradient behind a section of the text, then this must be a background image of the correct size. A user photo is a suitable option if you want it as a display name.
Rounded Images
NOTE: The steps described here assume that you have already created an email signature. For more information, see how you can create an email signature.
We cannot create rounded images within the product, but you can upload them.
For more information, please take a look at the FAQ page.
Image Overlaps
NOTE: The steps described here assume that you have already created an email signature. For more information, see how you can create an email signature.
Sometimes the design may require a user photo or a logo that overlaps two colours. This is tricky to achieve without rendering as a bitmap image.
It is possible to include a section of the background in the user photo or logo image – as long as it is the correct height; we can then work around the rest using background colours or change the design where the image is above or next to the second colour.
The following table lists the limitations within Exclaimer Cloud for signature templates:

Custom font file size | 1MB |
Elements in one signature | 250 |
Images in a signature (at one time) | 50 |
Child elements in one container (such as a table or table cell) | 20 |
