Scenario
You are using Exclaimer Cloud, and you would like to add a QR code to your email signature.
Before you add a QR code to the email signature, you need to:
- Generate the QR code using an online generator of your choice.
If you are generating the QR code for your organization colleagues, then ensure that you generate the QR code for each user (or individual) who would like to add it to their email signature.
Resolution
Once you have generated the QR code, you can add it to your email signature using any one of the two options listed below:
The User Photos option allows you to upload each QR code and assign them to the appropriate user's email signatures.
You can also upload multiple QR codes using the IMPORT ALL option.

You can host the QR code on your web server using any one of the methods listed below:
Adding QR code directly
Within Signature Designer, the Image/Logo element allows you to add images to your signature designs.

In the Linked Image URL option, enter the QR code hosted URL.
Example: www.example.com/images/joe-blogs.png
- Using the above example, change 'joe-blogs' to use {FirstName}-{LastName}.
To do this: Place the cursor in front of the first name and type { .
Select the required fields from the list displayed.
Using Custom Attribute
- Add the hosted image URL to a custom attribute field. Example: {Custom Attribute 1}

- Within Signature Designer, in the Image/Logo element, Linked Image URL option, add the custom attribute field.
Example:
- Click OK to save the changes made and close the window.
