Description

We are excited to release the following new features in the new UI:

  • Signature Tester: This existing interactive tool that helps you check which signature(s) should apply to a user or email based on the settings you have specified now supports client-side signature rules as well (along with server-side signature rules).

  • Invite your IT Admin: This feature allows the user who is trying to complete the onboarding to invite another user, who may have the Super User/Microsoft 365 Global Admin permissions, to complete the onboarding for their subscription.
This option is valid for both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace subscriptions.

  • Mail Routing Domain: This feature allows an Exclaimer Cloud Administrator to configure how Exclaimer Cloud routes email back to Microsoft 365 after processing.

  • Signature Template Limits: These vary depending on the pricing plan you have selected for your Exclaimer Cloud subscription.
    - The Starter plan will have only one signature template available in the subscription.
    - The Standard plan will have ten signature templates available in the subscription.
    - The Pro plan is not limited to the number of signatures and will not display a signature limit.

Description

We have made an update:

  • If the Alias Addresses option is enabled, then any 'explicit sender' rules will be based on the Alias, not the primary SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) address.

Signatures can now be applied to specific user's alias email addresses as well as their main email addresses without any additional configuration.

Description

We have enhanced the Signature Designer and added the Calendars section. With this, you can easily add a button to your signature design for your Microsoft or Calendly bookings, share your availability with your contacts, and avoid unnecessary attempts to schedule meetings over email.

Some scenarios in which you can use the Calendars feature:

  • Include a team calendar link in a signature used by that team.
    Example: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/Sales@acme.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/

  • Add a personal calendar to a signature dedicated to that individual.
    Example: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/John.Doe@acme.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/

  • Use Active Directory to automatically populate calendar links that follow a specific pattern.
    Example: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/{firstnane}-{lastname}@acme.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/

  • Allow employees to add their own meeting booking URLs to their signatures using Custom Variables (requires Marketing Cloud subscription).
    Example:
    {CustomVariable1}
    OR
    https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/{CustomVariable1}

Description

This release brings exciting news - customers using Exclaimer with Google Workspace now have a new user interface (UI) and access to additional features.

The new UI makes it easier and more intuitive to set up and use Exclaimer, saving you time and helping more teams within your organization to self-serve when creating or updating email signatures.

Some new features available within the Google Workspace new UI:

  • Editors can now perform data syncs - Anyone with an 'Editor' role can now sync with your backend infrastructure instead of this functionality being limited to 'Admin' user roles only.
  • Limit the scope of synchronizations - Propagate directory changes faster by selecting a specific group of users to sync rather than all users.
  • Folder permissions and security - Organize your signatures into folders and specify permissions to control which users can access which folder. For example, only higher-level admins or managers can access and edit company-wide signatures.
  • Bulk updates for signatures - Make bulk changes to signatures in a spreadsheet; for example, adding user photos or pronouns. Upload using the User Details Upload feature to save time making individual edits.

Customers using Exclaimer with Google can now also add new features to their subscriptions, including the ability to get instant feedback, enhance marketing options, and track signature engagement. Please reach out to your Customer Success representative for more information.

We've updated our support documentation to reflect these changes within the new UI.

The Google Workspace configuration consists of the following sections:

  • Connect to Google: This covers all the options to help you successfully configure your Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Google Workspace subscription.

  • Manage User Data: This covers all the options to help you manage user contact details and user data in a signature.

  • Manage Mail Flow: This covers all the options to help you manage your mail flow setup.

  • Gmail Signatures: This covers the option to help synchronize your signatures to Gmail.

Once you've set up your subscription, you can easily enable your signatures for your Google Workspace subscription.

Description

We are excited to announce the release of signature Headline Content. This feature enables customers to place content at the top of an email, above the body section, to showcase their brand, and engage their audience with priority content.

It adds an additional option to feature signature content not only at the bottom of an email but also right at the top. Its uses are broad and varied for both external and internal emails. Some examples where the signature Headline Content can be used are:

External emails:

  • Promoting subtle branding elements: for example, logo, brand marks etc
  • Promoting an event or piece of content
  • Encouraging customer feedback via a survey

Internal emails:

  • Making security announcements: for example, request for password change or promote training
  • Marking messages as confidential based on the trigger word
  • Promoting HR Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) or other relevant content
  • Advertising company meetings and events: for example, holiday parties, kick-offs etc

Headline Content helps ensure key information isn't missed by the intended audience, and it is now available for all Signature Marketing Cloud customers.
