Scenario
You are currently using an editor within Exclaimer Cloud that does not give you full control over your signature template. You would like to edit your signature using the new drag and drop editor.

Resolution
As there is no automatic process to convert 'Version 1' signatures to 'Version 2' signatures, there are two possible options:
- Manually re-create the signature that you are currently using within the 'Version 2' drag and drop editor.
- Alternatively, our Template Services Team can convert the templates for you. Please contact our Sales Team via email: sales@exclaimer.com to request this.
