Scenario
When you log in to the Exclaimer portal, you notice that instead of the Launch button, the Contact Owner message is displayed - this prevents you from accessing the subscription.
Reason
This issue usually occurs when you haven't logged in as the subscription owner and haven't accepted the Exclaimer Cloud terms and conditions.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:

Log into the Exclaimer Cloud portal as a Subscription Owner and navigate to the Overview tab.
NOTE: This means logging in using the email address used at the time of creating the subscription.
- Click the Attention... button:
The subscription page is displayed.
- Click View Terms:
- Please go through the terms and conditions and select I have read and accept the terms and conditions option to proceed.
- Click Accept.
